If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or a free exchange for a new book - no questions asked. You pay the shipping to us, but we refund the initial shipping cost to your address (US addresses only) or pay for an additional shipping in case of exchange (domestic mail only). Returns have to be shipped within 14 days after your purchase was delivered. Please, indicate clearly if you want a refund or an exchange.
Items that are Not Returnable
We are not able to accept books with obvious signs of use, including books from which the colored markers have been already cut out. Please, also note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from sellers other than Annie Wang Publications.
